RWLAC 2024/2025 Registrations now CLOSED
We have now reached maximum capacity and have made the difficult decision to close registrations for all age groups. We have achieved an all time record for this season, with the highest ever number of athletes registered with RWLAC. We are excited for a big season of fun, fitness and friendships.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION
All registrations must be completed and paid for online.
REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. For extreme circumstances, if a refund is approved by Little Athletics NSW, a $20 administration fee will apply. No refunds will be approved if you have already competed and/or you have changed your mind.
Following online registration, you will need to pick up a registration pack. Dates for registration pack collection can be found below.
REGISTRATION NIGHT
We will be holding registration collection nights for those who have registered online on Friday 23rd August & 30th August at Kelso North Sporting Grounds, 6.30-8.00pm.
You need to complete the online registration prior to this day and will then be able to collect your registration pack and purchase uniforms.
If you are registering a child for the first time you MUST bring proof of their age with you when you collect your registration pack, this may be in the form of a birth certificate, passport or baby blue book. Children cannot compete until this has been sighted.
If you are unable to attend this night or register after this date, registration packs can be collected on our orientation night which will be on Friday 6th September between 5:30 and 6:00pm.
- Uniforms can also be purchased on competition nights.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
- Registration payment must be made ONLINE when registering your child.
- No cash, cheque, direct deposit or EFTPOS payments are available for registration payments.
Fees contribute to the costs of replacement equipment, electricity charges, ground hire and maintenance, trophies, certificates, season calendar, newsletters, administration expenses, insurance and registration with the NSW Little Athletics Association.
ACTIVE KIDS SPORTS VOUCHERS
The NSW Government is helping kids get active with the Active Kids program. The Active Kids program provides vouchers for eligible parents, guardians and carers of school-enrolled children to use towards sport and active recreation costs each year.
Parents, guardians and carers can apply for the Active Kids voucher. To apply for your child’s voucher go to https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher
This voucher can be used to help cover the registration payment for Little Athletics. During the online registration process, you will be asked to provide the details for each child you are registering, at this time there will be an option to apply a voucher code from the Active Kids voucher.
It is important to only use the voucher that has been issued for that child when registering, the system will check your child’s date of birth you have entered when registering with the date of birth for the child to whom the voucher belongs.
REGISTRATION FEES
This season our registration fee for all athletes (Tiny Tots through to 17’s) is $170 per athlete.
We are once again offering an early bird price of $150 for those athletes who register between 1st August – 31st August. All registrations after 31st August will be at the standard fee of $170.
Tiny Tots registrations can only be accepted for athletes born in 2020 who have an older sibling registered with RWLAC.
The registration fee is a one-off payment for the season. There are no weekly costs or fees required.
UNIFORMS:
Uniforms are compulsory for all athletes (excluding Tiny Tots) on all competition nights. They can be purchased as part of your online registration or in person on our registration nights.

Payments for uniforms can be made by cash or EFTPOS. Uniforms consist of a top and shorts and cost $65.
Please note that approved Centre uniforms are compulsory at all NSW Little Athletics competitions, including all Centre competitions.
HOW TO GET TO THE ATHLETICS OVAL:
We are located at Kelso North Sporting Grounds, entry is off Henry Lawson Drive, Panania, opposite Maxwell Avenue.
PARENT PARTICIPATION:
A parent must be in attendance while their child is competing and may be required to assist with the running of events. More information on parent participation will be given upon registration.
All parents are required to complete a ‘Member Protection Declaration’, formerly the Working With Children Check. This is part of the registration process.
