NSW Combined Event Championships

The format of the NSW Combined Event Championships has changed for 2026 (see image below).

 

 

 

 

 

 

The State Combined Carnival (7s – 15s) will be held at Maitland Regional Athletics Centre from 28th February to 1st March 2026. More information can be found here.

At this carnival, athletes participate in ALL of the events on offer for their age group and points are allocated for performances recorded in each event, based on the Little Athletics NSW Multi-Event Point score tables/system. The points across all events conducted for each age group are added together to determine final results. 

Eligible age groups and events are as follows (as at March 2024):
7 Boys & Girls 50m; 100m; pack start; long jump; shot put; discus
8 Boys & Girls 70m; 200m; pack start; long jump; shot put; discus
9 Boys & Girls 100m; 60m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus
10 Boys & Girls 200m; 60m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus
11 Boys & Girls 100m; 80m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus
12 Boys & Girls 200m; 80m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus
13 Boys & Girls 100m; 80m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus
14 Boys 200m; 90m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus
14 Girls 200m; 80m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus
15 Boys 100m; 100m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus
15 Girls 200m; 90m hurdles; 800m; long jump; shot put; discus

The NSW Combined Championships (16s – Masters) will be held at Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre from 24th – 25th January 2026. More information can be found here.
